The Quality Commission, as part of its accreditation efforts, met on the date mentioned above, chaired by Dr. Ruhan ALTUN ANAYURT, the Quality Coordinator of SBMYO, and with the participation of all program quality coordinators, to discuss the following agenda:Revision of Department/Program Commissions and Coordinators (if necessary);Announcement of procedures to be followed in Spring Semester examination activities to faculty members and creation of a digital archive by faculty members and Department Heads for the documents listed below;Creation of sample exam papers and answer keys for each examination activity (midterm, assignment, quiz, final, etc.) in the courses, and the creation of course “learning outcome-exam question” matrices for each examination activity in the courses;Determination/review of the Measurement-Evaluation method for each examination activity in the courses by the Program Measurement and Evaluation Commission;Keeping sample copies of exam papers for students who received “Highest - Medium - Lowest” grades for each examination activity in the courses ready.Decision:It was unanimously decided by the participants to:Continue with the old commission,Prepare and add the printed exam papers to the website,Make the necessary announcements to the academics.
